Welcome to BaliAdventours.com. By accessing or using our website, booking a tour, or interacting with our services in any way, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

• All tour bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Prices listed are in USD unless specified. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency changes, supplier costs, or other factors.
• After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tour details.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 100% Refund if cancelled 48 hours or more before the tour starts.
• 50% Refund if cancelled between 24-48 hours before the tour.
• No Refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the tour or in case of a no-show.

All refund requests must be sent in writing to our support team at [email protected].

3. Changes by You

• Date changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your tour, subject to availability.
• If you need to change your tour details (e.g. pick-up location, group size), please contact us as early as possible.

4. Changes by Us

We do our best to run tours as scheduled, but sometimes changes are necessary due to weather, road conditions, or other factors outside our control. If we need to reschedule or cancel a tour, we will notify you immediately and offer:

• A rescheduled date
• A different tour of equal value
• A full refund

5. Travel Insurance

We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings. BaliAdventours is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during your trip.

6. Health & Safety

• Some tours require moderate physical activity. Please check the tour descriptions and ensure you are physically able to participate.
• Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions.
• Participants must follow safety instructions provided by our guides at all times.

7. Liability Disclaimer

BaliAdventours acts as an agent for various third-party service providers. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by suppliers, force majeure events, or any acts beyond our control.

By booking a tour, you accept full responsibility for your personal safety and behavior.

8. Photos & Media

By joining a tour, you grant us the right to use photos or videos taken during your experience for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Complaints

We aim to provide the best possible experience. If you have any issues during your tour, please let your guide know immediately or contact us at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
