  How does Bali Adventours work?

We help travelers experience what the locals around the world SEE, EAT & DO, by offering a place to book your Bali tour with a trusted local tour company. Our tour and activities is carefully crafted to give you the best journey during your trip to Bali. We attract curious and enthusiastic activity providers to Baliadventours.com, where they can load their products and make it available for you to book on our site.

  Do you provide private tour?

We provide both private and shared tours. You can see them by reviewing the tour title. You can also found the type of tour in the description section. If you are not sure what tour do you want to book, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support on the available contact provided. 

  Do you have group discount?

The more people you have in your group, the cheaper the tour cost will be. There are up to 30%-50% discount available for most of the tour. 

  What is the best way to contact Bali Adventours?

We provided different ways to get in touch with us. You can chat us on Whatsapp, Call, Chat on Messenger or Chat us on Line.

Booking & Payment

  How do I make a booking?

The booking process is simple and fast. First, you need to register an account with us, then choose your trip you want to book. When you finish your booking, you will get a confirmation by SMS and email. 

You can also track your booking history by logging in to our site and click Booking History Section from our menu.

  How do I pay for my booking?

We provide credit card & Paypal payment with instant confirmation.  You don't need a Paypal account if you pay with your credit card. Credit card payment is processed on Paypal, we do not keep your financial information. Your transaction is safe and protected by Paypal.

You can also pay your booking upon pick up. For cash payment, we need sometimes within 12 hours to confirm your booking.

  How is the discount applied?

The discounted price is not calculated automatically. You have to click the "Book Now" button to get your discount applied. After you see your applied discount, you can continue to fill it with your information and payment details.

  Do I need to reconfirm my booking?

You don't need to reconfirm your booking, unless you have any additional things you want tp customize with us.

Payment & Refunds

  What type of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. Credit card payment is processed through Paypal.com. 

If you prefer bank transfer and cash payment, we will contact you after your booking is submitted to us. 

  And how is the refund process?

You may be eligible to receive a full or partial refund depending upon:

  • the reason for your cancellation
  • the number of days prior to the start of the tour your cancellation request is received by Customer Support
  • the amount of non-refundable upfront costs that the tour guide incurred as a result of preparing for your tour
  • the cancellation policy at the time of booking

  Is my financial information safe with you?

Yes, strongly safe. Your credit card payment is processed by Paypal, the biggest and the safest payment gateway in the world.
